Interesting that they can run the full trailer for Smile as green band despite the content and it being seemingly restricted from any PG-13 movie. Yet the teaser for Halloween Ends gets the red band label due to an F-bomb.

The final scare has to be the reason the full Smile trailer is barred from PG-13 movies, which is understandable. Hell, I would've reacted very poorly to that scene if I'd seen it between the ages of 8 and 12.
