Trailer: A Haunting In Venice
It's been a while since there's been a middle-budget, older-skewing horror film. The footage looks much better than I was expecting, and I'm very curious to see how this does.
It's not destroying. It's making something new.

Re: Trailer: A Haunting In Venice
While I do agree that this looks far better than expected, I have doubts over Branaugh's ability to pull it off. His movies tend to be super flat both narratively and stylistically, which makes a horror-y movie like this a potentially poor fit for him. At least the cast here is significantly better than the one he put together for Death at the Nile.

I have to imagine this lost a lot of interest from audiences as soon as Poirot showed up. Either advertise it as the third Poirot film or don't include him in the trailer.
