Looks a little too reminiscent of Fede Alvarez's remake for my liking, but it's an eerie, impressive trailer nonetheless. That cheese grater bit is gnarly as hell.

Also, it's not The Evil Dead if it doesn't have Ash or a cabin. They might as well called this one Haunted Apartment: From the World of The Evil Dead or something like that.
