I'm surprised Beauty and the Beast doesn't hold on better. Well, I'm worried, to be more precise, since I've loaded my slates with it

Its not so much that its performing well below expectations, just that films like Contraband and Red Tails are vastly OUT-PERFORMING theirs.

But kids movies tend to have low drops, but it looks like Beauty will see a 50-55% drop, which is worryingly high

Also, so much for the Artist doing well wide. It made just over 600K in over 600 theatres, giving it a PTA of $961. For reference, that is lower than The Descendants, which has been wide for 7 weeks. The Artist will make about $3m this weekend. OF course it will have legs, but it's chances of making beyond $30m are very unlikely.

Yeah, The Artist's numbers are very disappointing. I hope the legs will be grrrreat to compensate...

With Red Tails doing well and Coriolanus bombing, I think I have a chance of winning the Ultimate draft. It should at least be close now.

I think I have it on every single ultimate slate, even the draft one. I was very happy to be able to draft it at the time, especially with the super high user rating.
