One of the writers is Thomas Dean Donnelly. There used to be a columnist at Fantasy Moguls named Thomas Donnelly who was a writer with a few projects produced. The same Donnelly also co-wrote Sahara and Dylan Dog: Dead of Night.

Eh, throwing a jab at Twilight is just a pop culture reference, I wouldn't say it's any sort of barometer about a film's quality. There was a Twilight jab in Crazy Stupid Love, and that certainly wasn't identical to Vampires Suck...
Mmm... What's that Fantasy Moguls columnist thing Boosch ? I don't remember that name you're referring to...
But speaking of FM columnist, look who's back from the past ! Mister Informative ! How have you been buddy ? It's been a while ! Great to have you back !!
I'm not looking forward to the Fright Night remake after the early screening disappointment you said earlier, Buscemi. It's like Adam Sandler comedies meeting Twilight in a horrible way.

Not sure if this is the case everywhere, but some theatres are pairing the 3-D version of Conan with Glee (which is in its final week) while playing the 2-D version all day. Other places seem to be playing it 3-D only.

That is misleading, as by and large it really isn't the case. It's been recorded that when Fright Night was screened at the Frank G. Wells Theater on Walt Disney Studios' lot in Burbank on Monday, Aug. 15. "The movie scored plenty of laughs from the crowd, though upon exiting there weren't any overt signs of enthusiasm." In other words, they weren't jumping for joy and raving about it. This is not bad feedback really, the movie obviously delighted many in the crowd, maybe not to Bridesmaids extent, but enough to ensure it should do ok.
You forgot that it tested horribly a few months back when a screening was held in Los Angeles, according to an attendant at one of the horror sites (I think it was Bloody Disgusting).
