Transformers One was simply too little, too late. The franchise is tired and One wasn't the franchise savior Paramount hoped it would be. I don't know why you keep defending it, Starlord. It was never going to be a hit. You're sounding like the filmbros defending Megalopolis solely because an auteur put his own money into it.

Anyway, Lee opened to $723,240 in 854 theatres. Meanwhile, Azrael took in $300,012 in 754 theatres. Distributors truly need to start doing day-and-date releases again as neither one of these should have opened wide.

I didn’t mean to sound that way, just saying that it was an idiotic release date. If you look at my thoughts on the movie I think it’s pretty overrated actually.
