Surprised Jungle Cruise was picked #2.

Re: The 2020 Calendar Year Draft Thread
Me too, though to be fair this is a very interesting season with no real top tier movies like in previous years, so everything is up in the air for now at least. Will see how this plays out.
Re: The 2020 Calendar Year Draft Thread
I figure if Jumanji can do $400M, Jungle Cruise can get to $300M. And you know Disney is going to market the shit out of it. Other than Wonder Woman, there's not too many no brainers out there.
Re: The 2020 Calendar Year Draft Thread
It's gonna be a fascinating year next year. Marvel may falter, DC may rise, Netflix may dominate the indie films, there's no obvious #1 film of the year (Although I woulda picked Wonder Woman if I was first). I bet there will be plenty of surprises too.

Yeah it's crazy how 2020 is a different year compared to 2019 in terms of the profiles of the films. It's a bigger question mark.

Re: The 2020 Calendar Year Draft Thread
As it looks likely I'll be picking high in the May-April draft I've been pondering the same thing. Which only means there will be a break-out movie or 2 none of us see coming. Should make these games interesting to say the least.

I can message him, he has 24 hrs in the first round though so he does still have a few hours left to pick.

I messaged him on FB. If he hasn't picked by the time I go to bed, I'll pick. (in about two hours)Aquamann2001 wrote:We are near 26 hours since the last pick.

One UDM shows up and picks, let’s move him down to that spot in the order for all rounds so he gets the higher pick in Round 2 that is the benefit of picking late.
