What topics are not allowed?

It's an open forum. We generally talk about movies, but will discuss TV or music or sports or whatever strikes your fantasy. Stuff like the inner workings of Hollywood and the rise and fall of celebs are also widely discussed. As long as the discussions remain civil and adult, it's all good.

We would prefer to stay away from hot-button topics like politics, religion, and otherwise polarizing or inflammatory subjects. Those escalate have the potential to escalate into flame wars, and that's the last thing we need or want. It's a pretty small community, but your voice/opinions/questions are more than welcome. It's fine to take up a contrary position, but never let it devolve into a "me right you wrong" thing. We all come from different places, vary in age and background, but we can all agree to disagree.

Definitely ignorant. And sexist. Not sure I’d classify it hate speech yet. Truthfully I don’t know exactly what was meant... Semantically.
