Did you get molested by a south Alabaman when you were a kid? It would explain a lot.

Face it, most of them are assholes and embrace the stereotypes that have been created by them. If you've ever seen that disgusting fuck Larry The Cable Guy, you can expect to see that when you enter the South...times five.

Also, rape and molestation aren't funny. I haven't been molested or raped but think about the victims.

Unless it's Porky Pig being raped by Elmer Fudd.

Most is a little strong. I think that perception is partially due to the fact that the people who are really egregious about their beliefs, etc. are also often the most vocal.

Yes, according to you, Nebraska (Larry the Cable Guy being a native Nebraskan) is now a Southern state.

I actually KNOW some of the people you're talking about and I can say they're mostly decent hardworking people...

And there are assholes everywhere. Just walk around a Walmart for five minutes.

Do they really know what a Quarter Pounder is but they still tell you its a Royale with Cheese??
I never take those things the wrong way dude, don't worry about that ;)

Heck, we're still with the metric system, so no, we still don't know what a Quarter Pounder is, and still call it "Royal Cheese" ;)

Unless it was the ultimate, most sumptuous Big Mac of all time; in that case it might be LE Big Mac.

Umm, if my very unsober and un-straight mind can comprehend, Hey UDM, You're from the East Coast. Is it true that the closer you live to D.C. the lower your IQ?
