Re: The Obligatory Fantaversian Birthday Thread
It is somehow fitting that Patrick's last Post to these Forums, was a list of upcoming celebrity and public-figure birthdays, and that those of us who can are now considering getting together in his name, on HIS birthday (or around then) in August.
Regardless, we will not forget YOUR birthday, Shrykey, this year, or ever.
I remain, as always...
Rico (Nico).

Re: The Obligatory Fantaversian Birthday Thread
I found out I'm officially going to be an uncle on Thursday.

Congrats Boosch, you now have the duty of which films she or he should be introduced to.
In similar news, I just had my first child this month. A little girl partly named after a famous French film
Her first film was Nobody (I put it on at 4am as she wouldn't sleep)

Re: The Obligatory Fantaversian Birthday Thread
Unfortunately, my sister is a very controlling individual so any time I'll try to introduce him to something he might be interested in, I'm going to get overruled. I want him to be involved in something useful like science or technology but she wants a football player in the family.
I think I'm going to end up not liking being an uncle. The uncle that was closest to me turned into an asshole in his later years and when he died, only left our family with debts and land we can't sell because the city wants to force some illegal rider onto whomever buys it. I feel like I'm better off not being there.

Hint: the name is the title character in an Agnes Varda film.
