I'm sure House of Gucci's getting delayed to next year, as I don't think MGM's going to want Ridley Scott to compete with himself. And you forgot to list the Untitled Paul Thomas Anderson Project, which is scheduled for Christmas.

In somewhat related news, Dune will premiere at Venice.

It had been puzzling how quiet Lionsgate was about Moonfall, considering how much the film cost. You'd think they would have gone for a more high-profile date on it than Super Bowl weekend.

The 18 week season pushed the Super Bowl back to the following week and that date happened to be completely open, which is likely why it landed there.

I'm surprised they actually agreed to extend the NFL season. Some of the ideas they had in there (such as how no player can play every game for safety reasons) seemed enough to kill that idea.

Clifford the Big Red Dog will now open on 9/17/2021. I expect this will be received as well as the Tom and Jerry reboot from earlier this year was.

Escape Room 2 is now titled Escape Room: Tournament of Champions, which makes it sound like a Mortal Kombat/Street Fighter-type movie instead of a generic horror sequel.

The trailer for this is really not that good. Suprising considering the first was actually somewhat decent.

They should have done the idea with the plane hinted at the end of the first.
It's not destroying. It's making something new.

Aren't Jerry Maguire references a bit dated for 2021?

Pretty sure a documentary about Jesus isn't trying to make any pop culture reference with its title

Annette will hit theatres on August 6th, followed by a Prime run on August 20th. I have to imagine the summer date is to avoid piracy as you'd think this would have been saved for awards season.

Meanwhile, Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard is getting sneak previews nationwide on June 11th and 12th.

Neon and Bleecker Street formed a genre label together called Decal and will release their first film, Gaia, on June 18th. I wonder if this creates a possibility of the two companies merging in the near-future.

Meanwhile, a film that I was sure would never be made, America: The Motion Picture, hits Netflix on June 30th. I'm sure it will be terrible even with Channing Tatum hamming it up as George Washington.

Also, Courageous, which made a bit of money a decade ago, is being reissued on 10/15/2021 for some reason. As I said earlier, I thought COVID killed Evangelical cinema but here we are.
