I'd be surprised if Blue Story went wide. It's a very English film and even though it had a decent take there, a number of theatres pulled it to due to some stabbing incidents.

I had fully expected it to be in the Paramount/Netflix deal until I saw it listed on Box Office Mojo.

If Universal keeps Promising Young Woman on April 17th, I have to wonder how that will play wide. On one hand, it's been well-reviewed. On the other hand, a lot of men will be pissed off by it.

The French Prime Minister has just announced that ALL the cinemas in France will be closed, starting tonight at midnight, for as long as the crisis will remain.

I think this is just going to get Chien to watch The Birdcage and whatever other good older movies he hasn't seen.

Well maybe this is when I'm gonna take that one-month free Netflix subscription and see what all the fuss is about.

Meanwhile, I've been thinking about that Hulu/Disney+/ESPN bundle I've been offered in the event all the theatres here shut down. My sister tells me The Mandalorian's good. Also, the Forky and Jeff Goldblum shows are there.

And, and Dollface is on Hulu and so's the Neon library (still have to see Monos).

Calm down guys, I haven't done it yet, I just said "maybe"...
I still have a few Korean films left to watch in the preparation of my film festival (I'm so glad it's in October)...
