Then again, we've an insane Frenchman who thinks it's okay to draft Red One in Round Two, so anything goes at this point.
You won't be laughing when Red One clears $200M, Irish ! :P

What was the last MGM title to hit $200 million domestic?

Irrelevant question. The only question is, what will be their next film to do so, and it will be Red One ;)
If they can open Challengers or AIR to 15M in April, they can make Red One an event film at the end of the year.

I was between two picks, and Walleye did not help my decision this round. I would've loved to take Michael B Jordan cosplaying as Jonathan Majors on what looks like the set of Lovecraft Country fighting vampires, but I'll have to settle on simply watching it next year.

So I'm a bit surprised this is still here, and maybe I just saw the first one for the first time ever a few months ago, but I'm hyped for this one: Twisters.

Lets hope it can survive running into Deadpool in its 2nd weekend.

TheWrap must've sensed Chien's pick for the draft, because they just released this hit piece on The Rock and the production this morning...

https://www.thewrap.com/dwayne-johnson- ... -problems/

If anything, Chien should get extra points for having the only movie where the main star is peeing in Voss water bottles on set constantly.

Twisters looks like a flop to me. The director has never worked on a project this big, Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar-Jones don't seem like they can hold a candle to Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt, the script is by a career hack, and the trailer makes it seem like the main character is based more on Jonas than Bill. A lot of why the original worked and is still remembered today was that we liked Bill and hated Jonas.

Also, did Twister need a sequel?

Obviously, Six paid someone in Hollywood to diss Red One just to piss me off the day after I drafted it.

Gotta disagree - I think Twisters will be a hit. The first one was so fun - people my age will be stoked to see a new take on it. and Glen Powell is as hot as anyone right now - in all senses of the word. Twisters was my other choice. Good pick.

My naive hope that Twisters would fall me to at the end of the 3rd round has been crushed!! Curse you Banks!!!

Next Banks will be taking I Saw the TV Glow
Finding about the Dwayne Johnson story in TheWrap roughly 10 minutes after reading these great quips caused me to nearly pee myself laughing. Unfortunately, there was no Voss bottles around to properly honor Hollywood's favorite chronically tardy anti-tradtoilet renegade.

I wanted Twisters as well  .

Instead, I will take Sonic The Hedgehog 3.

Voss is boss for those who don't like to cross. And to be fair, it does look a lot of easier to use than an Aquafina bottle.

And I have to imagine the Knuckles miniseries is doing pretty well.

Some chariots have spikes coming out from the wheels. Others unleash very slippery piss from a giant water bottle in the back.
