I'll take bad cop/body-cam thriller Black and Blue and hope it'll clean up with a weekend all to itself.

I'm going to go off the reservation a little and pick a film that wasn't selected, surprisingly, in Division A.

I am confident Lionsgate will release this during awards season, and given the stellar cast (Sebastian Stan, Christopher Plummer, Samuel L. Jackson, Ed Harris, Peter Fonda, William Hurt, the list keeps going), I think it could be a big hit.

I'm picking The Last Full Measure.

I don't see it making more than $10 million, to be honest. It's spent years in development hell (Channing Tatum and the guy from The Flash were attached at different points) and there hasn't been much interest in Vietnam movies lately.

Alright time to make my first pick of the draft that's entirely from the heart. I'm going with The Gentlemen because I've been waiting over a decade for Guy Ritchie to return to his goofy, gritty roots and most of the cast rules. Hopefully STX dates this at a favorable spot of the calendar so it can clear $20 mil.

This draft's so slow that this might actually happen before the final pick.

You mean the movie, or the actual Second Coming? ;)

The second one, Nico. The second one.

Though I don't see Mel rushing the movie to be ready in ten months (the first spent 13 months between the end of filming and release). And even then, it will need a distributor (I can't see Disney buying it even though they have the home video rights to the first one).
