Pretty certain the reason it hasn't been taken in either league until now is because it won't be released. The GI Joe movie seems to have been pushed back, they will release a Snake Eyes movie first, but that probably won't be ready until next summer. The movie you picked was just an old placeholder.

I had assumed that this pick was the Snake Eyes movie,which is scheduled for March. I'm not sure it gets out in time, but there's certainly a chance.
