I know, Spectre. I went back and worth about Jungle Book. It was there on my list next to The Martian and Deadpool. That release date , and the fact Disney already moved it back once, scared me. for an early round.

Yeah it's definitely scary but I think it's in a good slot and doesn't really say summer to me. If anything, I'm hopeful that they move it back a week or two since there's just a bunch of awful sounding comedies those spots. Plus there's a soft spot in my heart for it because Richard Sherman is writing new songs for it. Last of a dying era.

I'll snag Pixels.

I've been screwed by Sandler before (Blended) but benefited greatly at other times (Grown Ups 2) and I think this'll be the biggest Sandler movie in ages. It would be an event movie with or without him, so as long as he doesn't keep too many people away it should be a good pick.

I think Pixels this late is a steal. It feels like Independence Day to me, and could be a huge hit.
