I'll take some summer vibe with The Last Voyage of Demeter.

I'll take Dumb Money and The Machine

I don't know how many people care about the biggest event of January 2021 (no, not THAT) but incredible cast, and I also don't know how many people care about the fattest, most racist comic working today (Burnt Chrysler) but I know stand-up tour and podcast reach is in the multimillions, so hopefully (like me) they'll all be there to witness Chonk's film about his most overused comedy crutch.

The documentary on the Gamestop stock buy released last year didn't do any business, even with Neon putting it in 300 or so theatres, so I can't see a narrative version having much success. However, it looks like this one killed a competing project at MGM that would have been produced by the Winklevoss twins and probably would have been worse than Dumb Money so I guess that's one less movie about rich people we're supposed to care about but are given no reason to do so.

As for The Machine, this should have been straight-to-Netflix. You can't just stick any comedian into a film project and expect it to take off.

Maybe it's a tad early to grab it but I feel it's the last opportunity before someone else picks it first, so I'll go with The Holdovers. Could ne stuck in the 15 million arena, but I got a feeling this could get back to the best of Payne, at the BO too.
