FINAL TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
Winner: Banks, 37 pts (moves to Division A)
2nd place (tie): Six and leestu, 35.5 pts (moves to Division A)
4th place: Walleye, 22 pts
5th place: Shryke, 21 pts
6th place: Screen203, 17 pts
Well, shit.
Because of the tie for second, this puts me in a quandary. Usually only the top two finishers get promoted. In order to keep it fair, would it be premissible to, just this once, promote the top 3 and switch them out with the bottom 3 of Division A?
