Ninja Assassin 7/10
My god this film has one of the worst plotlines ever and the dialogue is beyond corny. Thankfully this film had very solid action sequences. Very over-top and the plot/acting/dialogue is almost so bad that it kills the whole movie but thankfully it doesn't.

Funny People 8/10
As a diehard Apatow fanboy I was pretty satisfied with this one especially after all the negative reviews i had heard. It was a little long but overall it was very funny and somewhat touching.

Re: Top 100, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the List
Thats a pretty solid list NSpan. A few choices [mainly Wes Anderson films] i would have to disagree with but clearly that's what great about the diveristy in taste that we all have. I actually am redoing my Top 100 soon and will post it as soon as it is done.

Re: SPEARE'S TIPS - THE FILMS OF 11/20
I think Ninja Assassin will do decent numbers. It's getting advertised quite a bit and I think there is a thirst for a film like this right now. On a side note it looks awesome and will proably be the last film i see in theaters this year.

Re: Thanksgiving Weekend
I say those are pretty accurate guess. I think Ninja Assassin might do a little bit better than that but everything else looks pretty spot-on.

Re: Weekend tracking 11/20
The numbers this weekend are jaw-dropping. 3 movies over 30 million!!! The Blind Side's numbers are really surprising my prediction was off by about 17 mill.

Re: What Shows are you Into?
I'm actually worried that Always Sunny may have already hit its peak... There have been some brilliant moments this season--but the laughs are coming fewer and farther between... I think "The Nightman Cometh" would have been a fitting end to the entire series... the show can't one-up itself forever...

Strange Wilderness is for sure better than Paul Blart. Strange Wilderness had a few pretty funny sequences and Blart wasnt really funny at all.

Monsters Vs Aliens 5/10
It was alright. Seth Rogen's character was responsible for just about every funny moment of this film.

Re: What Shows are you Into?
It's Always Sunny In Philladelphia is pure genius. This season is just as good as past seasons. Also got to say The League is actually pretty funny despite the lame commericals for it this show delivers.
