By taking advantage of every second I've got ... which is to say, every second my wife lets me have.

You got it. I've recently corrected a bunch of typos I found in the text (those things are like roaches), but once I get the updated version I'll send it to you.

Can you preorder Queens?

That reminds me to get into the spirit of writing again. I've got a new computer, Microsoft Office, and a finished treatment (it only cost about $500 or so but at least I got free protection and a wireless mouse). I just need the will power to get some dialogue written out.

I've also been researching another new project, one on a first time director.

Outstanding, Boosh! I've always thought that you (and one or two others on these boards) have a budding author inside them just waiting to get out. I look forward to reading your stuff someday.

Do you remember, Boosh, that you were the VERY FIRST PERSON to read the VERY FIRST DRAFT of Joshua's Island? Back when it was raw as hell and still called The Perfect Girl? Can you believe that was only three years ago???

Boosh, i reckon you should go into more Non-Fiction stuff, you've definately got a talent for sniffing out interesting things revolving around the movie world

I do the research, yes, but I have a feeling there's no market for it. That and there's too much drama between the truth and those who only believe popular history (I'm amazed how many people believe the whole story Marvel loves to concoct of how no one wanted to make Iron Man when New Line had it in development for several years).

Recently, I think I pissed someone off when I mentioned that the 30th anniversary of Miami Connection already happened last month (edit: it hasn't happened yet, I was convinced it was 2018 when I typed that).

I'm going to order Pawns closer to Christmas. My kid reads a lot, but they have to pick from a specific list for class until Christmas break. If I get some kind of digital copy I know she won't give it a try. Did you see that there's a third party seller trying to sell it for over $60?

If you want to Paypal me the money for a paperback + shipping, I'll mail you an autographed copy if you like. 8-)
