Do we know if everyone is still in for next year? Do we need to do any recruiting?
Re: 2016-17 Full-Year Slates (Division A)
I'm in...it's one of my favorite parts of the year...is that sad?
I also just realized I've been playing some sort of version of this game for over 10 years now! Feb 2007 was when I join Fantasy Moguls. I remember that I drafted 300 and Wild Hogs, both films my buddies thought were going to bomb. I crushed them all and then found the super leagues. I was hooked. I was single at the time. Now I'm married with 2 kids! Crazy.

I know I started on or before April 08. I remember having the option to pick Leatherheads, Nim's Island, Smart People, Baby Mama, etc. I remember winning the May-July in a squeaker watching for how much X-Files 2 made in its OW.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.

Same as you Brockster, I played this thing for the first time in early 2007, and I had Wild Hogs on my slate too. 10 years !!! Damn !
I was 25 then, I'm 35 now. My cinephile occupation then was just to go watch films in theater, and today I run a film festival on the Champs Elysées avenue. I wouldn't have believed that if you had told me so 10 years ago.

that's me! even down to the 2 kids part.
i'm totally down for another draft
Re: 2016-17 Full-Year Slates (Division A)
Crazy!
I can't remember when I joined the Full Year draft. I certainly remember the first incarnation of the game, which was 2006. I dropped Borat from my slate and thought INLAND EMPIRE would earn me some PTA. Big mistake. So nearly 11 years for me. Since then I've got married, moved countries, and make movies instead of factual entertainment TV programming.
And I'm so very old.

That is correct.Chienfantome wrote:I think it's 3 each... ?
We might. Geezer has been MIA a lot lately, has dropped out of the Super Leagues, and doesn't answer my emails. If someone is closer to him than I am, could you ask him if he's in for next year?Walleye413 wrote:Do we know if everyone is still in for next year? Do we need to do any recruiting?

I had dropped The Wall for The Promise Shryke. Not that it'll make a huge difference.
