I'm surprised that it has taken this long to premiere Merlin in the US. Hasn't the show already finished up in the UK?

And I'm betting that the Skins and Being Human remakes flop. However, don't be surprised if Syfy keeps Being Human around (this seems like the type of thing they would expect people to eat up and plus, the people who run Syfy are utter morons).

Bob's Burgers won't last either. It's clear that Fox is trying to rip off Seth MacFarlane's animation style and apply it onto an otherwise generic cartoon (also, they tried Mitch Hurwitz's Sit Down, Shut Up at this spot two years ago and it lasted just four episodes).

Lights Out will be gone after a season. No stars in that one and the premise is overused. I wouldn't be surprised if the ratings ended up being lower than Terriers (FX's lowest rated show last year).

And last, I though that the new season of Torchwood (now on Starz, since they are co-financing) was starting in the spring. Or are they pushing it back to the summer?

It's only the series premier on syfy, the first season played during the summer last year on NBC. the series has finished season 3 in the UK and season 4 and 5 are supposed to be out in 2012.

As for me, i hope V does well. I know it's a really long shot, but i loved the first season.

I'm also glad The Mentalist is on soon again, i'm having withdrawal symptoms.

I think it's June or July, W. I've only 2 episodes of Season 3 left to watch, so I'm going to have to find something good to bridge that gap. I'm thinking Boardwalk Empire

Boardwalk Empire is a pretty decent choice. I really like some episodes, but others are just average whereas Breaking Bad can string together a bunch of great episodes and only a few ever let you down.

Well, the TV show Medium ended its seven-season run last night. I have been a fan since Day One, and I will miss it.

Here is my recap for Cinemablend.com:

It looks like Skins may already be on the cancellation block. The ratings dropped sharply in its second week and many advertisers have been pulling their ads. It makes you wonder why MTV even thought this remake was a good idea.

Just saw an ad for Breakout Kings. Does anyone else think this looks like a clone of Prison Break?
