Neon could be a player like A24 or Bleecker Street but they are putting their money in the wrong places and not capitalizing on buzz (especially on Border, this could have played a lot better than it has based on positive response and the Let the Right One In connection). Also, why is 30West working with other companies if they planned to put so much money into Neon? I wonder what these venture capitalists are thinking when they get into film (see Relativity and Broad Green).
Agreed on Neon. They're a little fractured across all their divisions and should really be capitalising on I tonya but don't seem to be.

As for 30West, there are always a lot of finance folk who dip their toes in the water of film-making, only to realise it's really risky, most execs are clueless, and then they quickly pull out when they fail to see a short or medium term gain.

because there have been so many movies in the past couple of years about moving cities that eat other cities?

Not the whole London is a moving city thing but the whole "avenge my family" plot's been done so often. It also feels too much like Star Wars.

Mortal engines is actually a very accurate portrayal of the future. Once Brexit happens the city of London will get in its wheels and roll off.

J. Lo should push Walleye over the top to ten figures.

Walleye really doesn't need much to be the first billionaire.
Although I'm hoping to become one soon, I'm guessing it won't be before early January at best.

If I'm lucky I'll hit a billion. I just need Creed 2 to hold well, and The Mule and Glass to make $200m combined. I'd be pretty happy if I did considering the loss of my 2nd round pick.

I'm more and more confident about Spider-verse. 100% on Rottentomatoes, 83 on Metacritic, blazzing word of mouth on social networks... With the Christmas holidays coming after its release... I think I might have a 4th $200M movie on my slate.

First of all, you're much too late. Second, new players have to be in Division B when registration begins in late April.

Thank you for this information. Is the waiver wire still open?

You can't use the Waiver Wire if you aren't playing.

I pointed them towards the supers that start in January.

I've sent you a lengthy PM about how the leagues work and when you can join each one. If you have questions, send me a message.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.
