If I did end up in last place, it would undoubtedly be moved to the last weekend of April again That being said, I'm still likely to end up with either Star Wars, Aladdin, The Lion King or Frozen 2, which would likely be enough to keep me out of the basement for a 2nd straight year.

Disney, Disney, Disney, Disney, and Disney. Oh, also Dumbo (not in the game), Captain Marvel (not in the game), Toy Story 4, Spider-Man: Far From Home. $4 billion for those nine movies is absolutely possible. They could beat the yearly studio record ($3B) by over $1 billion.

Sony is distributing Far from Home, as they own distribution rights to Spider-Man in perpetuity. Same thing with Universal and The Incredible Hulk.

I really thought The Oath would at least go wide at some point, and cash in on the election season.

Lionsgate had planned on going wide but the dreadful limited result (I can't say I'm surprised, as it looked like 90 minutes of strawmanning on both sides with terrible production values) led them to stall at 300 theatres.

On one hand, it's basically a TV edit of Deadpool 2 being sent to theatres as Fox has nothing for Christmas. On the other hand, Deadpool fans are an obsessive bunch. If not for the people who actually liked Venom, they would be Marvel's version of the Snydercut group.
