And to think that everyone questioned me when I said it was this year's My Little Pony: The Movie.

Sometimes having kids really fucks with my perception for how movies will do. My son and all his friends LOVE Teen Titans Go. I thought it was worth the risk. Boy was I wrong!

$10M in Thursday night previews means that "Halloween" ought to, finally, give my slate a bona fide hit. (I'm looking at you, "Tag", and "Hereditary".)

Freaking Michael Moore. I should have stuck with my first instinct and not overthought that one. Live and learn.

Took a chance on this one thinking it could be the breakout horror flick of the season. Boy was I wrong.
Re: 2018-19 Full Year Slates (Division B)
I'm surprised it even made that. Sony didn't promote the film and at least one media market (Milwaukee) didn't even screen the film. This shouldn't have even grossed $5 million the way it was dumped out there.

I really thought The Oath would at least go wide at some point, and cash in on the election season.
