This looks surprisingly mainstream for an art film. I'm guessing it's because of Ed Helms, John C. Reilly and Rob Corrdry in the cast. But it does look funny.

I noticed the orange and teal too. Too bad Hollywood doesn't have more cinematographers like John Bailey who outright refuse to use digital intermediates.

Why does every new comedy have to mimic The Hangover?

Not funny enough to excuse poor knockoffs like Due Date and (potentially) this

This looks nothing like The Hangover. Miguel Arteta would know better than to ripoff The Hangover (just look at his track record, he's way above that).

But it's essential the same premise, with the same actor! Straight guy goes into unfamiliar territory and meets strange oddballs, gets caught up in the madness, and will predictable return home a different man. Add in jokes involving drunkeness, getting high, and casual sex.

Wow, this is ironic. I'm the one making the dodgy comparison and Boush is the one claiming it's erroneous!

i dont know. i immediately thought of hangover too
