Paws of Fury is from Paramount, the same studio behind Top Gun, so that's why. Plus it's basically all they have for the next several months, it'll likely be played a lot since M:I 7 is still over a year away.

DC League in front of Bob's Burgers isn't that surprising, animated trailers play in front of PG-13 movies semi-frequently, and of course Bob's is animated. Playing the Minions 2 trailer in front of some Doctor Strange showings is more strange.
