I was somewhat skeptical of this one's Oscar chances before this trailer came out due to the spotty track record of thrillers at the Academy (then again, one won three years ago, and Promising Young Woman won Original Screenplay) but this should get in to Original Screenplay and Cinematography at the very least.
The movie looks really good too, though I wish the trailer gave a bit more plot.

This is the attached trailer before Cassandro (which is actually an MGM release, as MGM and Amazon Studios are now one distributor) and this seriously looks someone mashed Succession and Euphoria into a single entity. I'm not surprised this is getting mixed reviews.
