Well well well, Ridley Scott looks to have another trick-or-treat epic on his hands.

Yep, it's most definitely a Ridley Scott film.

It also looks like it would have made more sense to do it as a miniseries with a director less interested in violence and looking cool. I get the feeling this will end up just being a three-hour clip show made for blood and guts-loving teenagers.

I'm glad this isn't a series and I'm glad this is getting a theatrical release. I'm all for anything epic in scope on the big screen that isn't another superhero film.
