Trailer: The Suicide Squad

Just about everything I had hoped for in a fully unleashed R-rated James Gunn antihero affair. Also the confirmation of the speculation that Sylvester Stallone is voicing King Shark made my day.

So how many actors now have been in both the MCU and the DCEU?

Good question. Off the top of my head, there's Elba, Stallone, Rooker, Sean Gunn, Randall Park and J.K Simmons. Willem Dafoe will join that list if the rumors of his appearance in the new Spider-Man prove to be true.

Hmm, I figured Marvel wouldn't acknowledge the Tobey Maguire Spider-Mans after some of the things we've learned about him (to the point where Aaron Sorkin based Michael Cera's character in Molly's Game on him) and James Franco.

They're introducing the Multiverse in this phase of the MCU that just kicked off with WandaVision, but nobody knows just how far they're going with it. The only character from the Rami trilogy that's confirmed to be back at this point is Alfred Molina's Doc Ock and there's been whispers that Maguire, Dafoe and Thomas Haden Church are returning. Jamie Foxx is in it too, so that means at the very least Andrew Garfield will likely be involved so they can solidify the 3 separate Spider-Man timelines/universes.
