Looks like it could be interesting, delving into the complications of being a black cop in today's society of BLM and cops vs minorites.
But then it turns into generic action thriller.

Logic and reason do not exist in Deon Taylor's films. The guy is a hack producer who found his way into directing, pure and simple.
