Wait, WHAT ??!! Is this... was that... I don't know what this is gonna be exactly. But that thing is gonna make a shitload of money.

This better not be yet another 80's nostalgia orgasm (though the appearance of The Iron Giant suggests it will be more than "do lots of coke and vote for Ronald Reagan") though the trailer suggests a slightly better Speed Racer.

I'm not sure about the box office potential though. Valerian is cut from the same cloth and isn't doing too well domestically. Of course, that's a space opera and this is more grounded in reality (but thankfully not the Transformers "giant robots and eye raping with various American flags" grounded).

The only two things that really have me excited about this is that Alan Silvestri is doing the music and the appearance of the DeLorean.
