Well, the character isn't supposed to be spreading rumors about herself and they do seem to show her having sex in the trailer. The film is also rated R instead of PG-13 (it's probably a 14A in Canada, which is the equivalent of PG-13).

If it is like any film, I imagine that it is like The Tracey Fragments but less experimental.
