Well, I'm disappointed that the directors didn't write the film as well (they previously wrote Bad Santa and were writers and directors of I Love You, Phillip Morris) and the Emma Stone scenes seem to be from a completely different film (which reminds me in a way of Emily Blunt's random appearance in Carell's Dan in Real Life) but as long as it's focused around Carell then it shouldn't be too bad.

Looks very good. Not sure about the Gosling casting though, he doesn't seem to be the playboy-type.
It does remind me of Dan In Real Life - an adult relationship dramedy that might have some brains instead of regular rom-com plotlines
