Noobs

Post by NicodemustheSage »

So, I've invited fifty Friends to join us. Might see some new Accounts and Discussion participants here soon. I feel confident at least some will want to join the game(s)!

All gonna hang out in the trailer thread probably?

Just kidding. I can pretty much tell who’s on by their musk nowadays. It’d be nice to get some differing views.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.

I still regret ever creating that thread.

Yeah. From a conversation Nico and I had yesterday, we might be creating a Division C in the Year Long Draft League this upcoming year...

I remember a time when we had over 40 players in the game. It would be nice to get close to that number again.

If only we could get a toehold on creating a new website. Ron B mentioned he was going to look into that (hate to put you on the spot, buddy, but we're not gettin' any younger), so any update would be great.

If a couple of these guys get into a fight, will it be set to "Fade Into You" by Mazzy Star?

LOL, That's weird. That song was on one of my old KANM tapes I was listening to Sunday, from, like, 1996.

I'm sure that's a movie reference that I'm not getting. That being said, I LOVE that song.

It's a Starship Troopers reference. There's a fight scene in the film scored to Fade Into You.

Perks of having so many movies get revived near you. You notice things you haven't thought of before watching them on the big screen (example: I never knew Gremlins had so many Dutch angles).
