Wow, a difficult one this time.

Catch Me If You Can was intended to be her breakout but the Jennifer Garner cameo got all the attention. Junebug should have been her breakout (and she should have won the Oscar that year but Focus went and positioned Rachel Weisz's lead role in The Constant Gardener as Supporting) but few people saw it and Sony seemed to punish her as she wasn't even featured in marketing for Talladega Nights (yes, there was a time when someone in Hollywood thought Leslie Bibb was more marketable than a recent Academy Award nominee).

So I will say Enchanted was her breakout even though she was out there long before (remember that first attempt at a Cruel Intentions series where she played Kathryn?).

Indeed, there are a lot of films I don't remember her from. First standout performance was The Fighter, but I'm gonna say Doubt as that was the first time I noticed her.

She was fantastic in Junebug!

First thing i saw her in was from one of the first episodes of Smallville. Her power was that she metabolized fat at a rapid rate and to survive she sucked the fat out of people and animals. That episode haunted me for days.

This is rough. I didn't see Junebug or Doubt until last year and I barely remember her in Catch Me If You Can, so I'm going to have to go with The Fighter.

Really good one. Agreed on much of what's already been said. I liked her in Catch me if you Can, and I really enjoyed Enchanted. But for me her breakout was The Fighter. The scene on the porch facing off against all the sisters. That absolutely sealed the deal for me.

Well, his "Breakout" was obviously SNL, right? Before any of those mentioned he was fully entrenched in the characters of George W Bush, Alex Trebek, Janet Reno, Harry Caray, Spartan Craig, and Steve Butabi. Hell, Cowbell was three years before any of those.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.

Mmmmm... I think the first time I really noticed him and thought "who the hell is that funny guy ?" is actually in "Jay and Silent Bob Strike back". But his break out role probably is "Old School".

He was Marshal Willenholly early in the decade...and finished said decade as Rick Marshall, whom with Will and Holly found the Land of the Lost during a routine expedition.

I guess I'll say Step Brothers as that's the only movie that was funny enough that he didn't ruin the movie for me.
