Quentin Tarantino for Inglorious Basterds!
This is Inglourious Basterds 4th win of the night, and QT's second screenplay win along with Pulp Fiction.

Well I think this is a good a time as any for the Inglorious Basterd Featurette, Buscemi if you will do the honours.

Re: The ReelSociety of Film Critics Awards Show 2009
A girl on the run from the Nazis. A team of Jewish-American soldiers led by a Southerner sent to overthrow Hitler in Nazi-occupied France. A Nazi-appointed lieutenant out to finish a job he started years ago. An actress beloved by Germany who's also an agent for the Allieds. An English soldier and film critic who helps our renegade heroes. And a hero who's tabbed to become a morale booster through Nazi propaganda. All of these characters compose some of the major elements in Inglourious Basterds, one of the films nominated for Best Picture here tonight.
Written and directed by Quentin Tarantino and produced by Lawrence Bender, this co-production of the US and Germany contains an ensemble cast of American and European actors such as Brad Pitt, Melanie Laurent, Christoph Waltz, Eli Roth, Michael Fassbender, Diane Kruger and Daniel Bruhl. Not only does the film have a great story, direction and cast, it also contains a lot of great visuals and has a fast pace, as we have come to expect with Quentin Tarantino over the years. The film grossed $120 million at the US box office and $313 million worldwide, both career highs for Tarantino, along with its general critical acclaim proving once again that critical acclaim does indeed translate to success.
Released by The Weinstein Company and Universal Pictures and nominated for seven awards, Inglourious Basterds.

Since I have already presented tonight I have decided to hand over the honors to Mickey Rourke. Take it away Mickey.
