Wow. Looks liked I missed a lot. Sorry I couldn't make the show, fellas (and lady), but I hope I'm invited to the after-party.
And now, let's all give a rousing ovation to our host and moderator, "Super" Shaan Chaudry. The hostest with the mostest. Let's do this all again next year!

I'm sorry... I assume you wanted me to do something, and I saw the PM, but thought it was Shryke sending me the passwords for the SL tournies since my email is f'ed up. Nice show, I actually hadn't seen one before because last year I had a destroyed computer for the first three months of the year and I wasn't here yet the year before. Thanks for doing it.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.
Re: The ReelSociety of Film Critics Awards Show 2009
I'm very sorry for missing the show even though I said I would be here. I took the opportunity to see some friends I hadn't seen in a while. Took precedent over the awards. I have to say, after reading through everything, I was getting very disappointed! I mean, IB was great and all but not that great to be winning everything. Almost nothing I voted for won... until the big one! Hell yes go Up!!!! Totally awesome! Two years in a row now my favorite movie of the year wins our best picture. I'm very pleased with the results. I am very sorry I didn't write the Up In the Air synopsis, as it deserved better, but I'm just happy to see Up win.
Shaan thanks so much for putting this on, and thanks to all the presenters and commenters as well.

I can't believe In the Loop wasn't considered for Best Cast..
In animation, I actually thought Cloudy might've pulled it off!! oh well
awesome for Sam Rockwell!! he deserved it..
RIP
Jeremy/Tiger
Swamp Thing
Wade Gustafson
General Omar Bradley
Brooks Hatlen
Frankenstein (the driver)
Bodhi
(don't you hate it when people don't clap for the somewhat more-obscure names--like they just honestly don't give a shit??
Anyway, again, fantastic show..
thanks

Why is the room full of unconscious bodies and empty champagne bottles? What did I miss?
Re: The ReelSociety of Film Critics Awards Show 2009
I have a feeling this will be a better award show than the Academy is going to put on.
