I'll go with Saldana. I've been very impressed with her thus far, and that's not always been the case with Dawson.

I can't say I'm a big fan of either actress. None of the two has ever really "impressed" me.
I'll choose Dawson for the diversity of her career (no, not just because she is gorgeous).

That's a hard one but I'll take Dawson, due to being more daring with film choices (who else can claim to have worked with Larry Clark and Danny Boyle?).

Rosario because she's held her own in pretty good films (25th Hour, Sin City, Deathproof, A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints, Seven Pounds, Trance).
Plus she was ridiculously sexy as Persephone in Percy Jackson:

Zoe hasn't stretched herself yet - it's all action roles so far.

If Nina ever sees the light of day, maybe that'll change.

Im picking Saldana over Dawson. Saldana seems to act (even if it is action flicks) with some passion. Dawson seems lazy and normally plays the same person despite trying different genres.

Anyways Rosario Dawson wins 4-2

Oh, look at that its Double dip Tuesday!

Liam Neeson V Samuel L Jackson

AND

Jon Favreau V Sean Penn

Penn over Favreau, easily.
Concerning the Neeson/Jackson match... Mmmm, not as easy. I would probably pick Neeson.

Penn & Neeson, which is a magic act you would not want to mess with.

Neeson and...

Iron Man is one of my favourite movies of all time Penn, he has done heaps of good stuff, like Into the Wild, hmm (need to watch The Pledge again). Just looking into his filmography, as an actor i really liked Carlito's Way, The Game and 21 Grams. Favreau, Swingers and I Love You, Man. Cowboys and Aliens, Elf. This is not as easy as i first thought. Though it seems like all of you have made that decision quick and easy.

Im goin with Favreau
