Wow. I looked early Saturday and it said Wrinkle was barely on top and now it went from middling to probable front-loaded bomb. I don't think it's a race thing as some state, unless you count Black Panther eating into that part of the audience. I think Black Panther killed it.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.

Yeah I think AWiT was an ambitious book adaptation that just doesn't translate as well to the screen. Plus Black Panther is the Death Star destroying everything in its path. I think Ready Player One will end up being fine, but I'll bet if RPO and AWiT were date swapped it might play differently. More for RPO being run over at least.
