Theatre counts:

The Hitman's Bodyguard - 3,377
Logan Lucky - 3,031
Patti Cake$ - 14
Crown Heights - 3
Gook - n/a

Wind River expands wide to 694 theatres, Step goes up to 306, Menashe increases to 86, The Only Living Boy in New York gets to 66, Good Time hits 20, and The Trip to Spain goes forwards to 19 (I need a thesaurus). Ingrid Goes West's second weekend count is unknown.

Next week:

Leap! - 2,000 (some markets are doing a sneak preview on Saturday morning, not sure how many theatres or what the gross will go towards, probably Wind River)
Birth of the Dragon - 1,500
All Saints - 800
Good Time - expands wide
Ingrid Goes West - expands wide
Beach Rats - n/a (most likely 3 theatres)

Tulip Fever has been pushed to September 1st.

And Ryan Reynolds may be the hardest to predict actor ever in terms of box office. Just when you think he's box office poison in non-superhero vehicles, he surprises us.

How long before another non-Deadpool hit?

Taking Good Time over Ingrid Goes West on most of my slates is going to haunt me forever.

I think Good Time will play better wide though. Every time I've seen the Ingrid Goes West trailer in a theatre, the audience reaction's been dead. Also, I think Robert Pattinson has more drawing ability than Aubrey Plaza.

I am shocked Patti Cake$ does so little at the BO and doesn't even grab a single PTA point.
