Column's almost done (got my files back after a data transfer and $71 spent). Just need the numbers for this weekend and it will be ready to post.

Anyone want 10/13 and/or 10/20?

PS I have removed some of the Freestyle Releasing titles, but I'll keep A Boy Called Po. Based on its current Rating, it may be desirable.

Should we add 9/11 to the list too?

I'm still wanting Dina in the game. The Orchard's shown itself to be a reliable distributor lately and it did win an award at Sundance.

I can do that. :)

The first post now includes every film that is on the August-October pricing schemes.

I really don't want to add any more films to October because HOLY SHIT it's crowded.

Some dates are still up for grabs.

Is Daniel TMG actually going to write a column next week or should we have a backup just in case?

I think having someone on standby in case he doesn't deliver would be a good idea and I'm willing to volunteer for that role.

I am about to send him a PM, which he should get notification of in his email. I will ask him if he still intends to write his column. If I haven't heard from him by Wed/Thu, I will let y'all know so someone else can step in.

I can take over. I don't think I'll be binge watching anything for a while (read my review of Black Mirror and answer my question on if it improves, if it doesn't, I'm taking it off my list).

Edit: I'm on standby. Tell me if I'll need to take over.

10/20 has 8 movies? Are you kidding me? I'll take a shot at it, I suppose, but don't expect anything good :)

I expect one or two be pushed (War with Grandpa has nothing out and filming only began back in April). I'm also surprised that Amazon hasn't pushed Wonderstruck to next year, seeing how Lionsgate has Wonder just four weeks later and Amazon has Wonder Wheel two weeks after that. Also, will a film without dialogue from a director known for adult-aimed fare (with is often niche at best) play to children?

And what's the latest on next week's column? I have a near-complete column available as backup (I just need final numbers, I already know The Nut Job 2 is going to have the worst 4,000 theatre opening ever). And if the mountain of "just here to post trailer reels that I made up, whether there's a shred of reality or not*" users aren't willing to post anything, I'll take over and leave them to post useless YouTube "real not fake" VHS openings of Wreck-It Ralph and Frozen and complain about shows they aren't the target audience for.

* - Someone here recently claimed to have seen a Peter Rabbit trailer. No trailer has been released as of yet and Sony is running The Star with PG rated movies.

I have not heard from Daniel. If he has not shown his head by Tuesdasy, Boosh, go ahead and post your column.

October 20 is unclaimed, Ron. You want that one?
