No word yet on The Brass Teapot or Simon Killer. Or Room 237.

Also, No Place On Earth was finally supposed to open this weekend. (I went to the film's official site, and it said it was playing in two theaters, with a few more scheduled to open it over the next few weeks. If it doesn't report its income by next week, I'll have it removed from the game.)

I saw some Friday estimates that had Simon Killer ahead of Brass Teapot in terms of PTA. I think the former's PTA was $1100 and the latter's a mere $500

Great PTA number from The Place beyond the pines after its expansion.

According to Deadline, Simon Killer earned a PTA of $5300 for the weekend. Not bad but is still behind Jurassic Park 3D so will only get 1 PTA point in the April leagues and probably nothing in the others.

Great Scott ! Who would have guessed Olympus would still be cashing in more than $10M during its third weekend of release ?

I know, right? I can't help but wonder if Olympus's towering success will hurt White House Down come later June...

Maybe this will create a new genre on its own, and we'll have a "White House under attack" movie coming from Hollywood each year now. Haha.
But it does raise questions concerning White House Down. Will it hurt it, or just make spectators craving for more of the same ?
