The Art of Getting By also had the worst wide opening of 2011. I'm not too surprised since the film looked dull, the reviews weren't good and the leads are basically has-beens (Freddie Highmore faded a while back and Emma Roberts never caught on despite Hollywood constantly pushing her as the next big thing).

Haven't been around too much lately. The Bruins have had me partying for days. Was at the Parade all day yesterday.

Anyways, Bad Teacher looks bad, and Jason Segal will be the only good thing about it. The Lebron James/Michael Jordon bit was funny.

I SO want Horrible Bosses to succeed, but I bet it struggles to hit 65 million. Its these types of films that should be breakout comedic hits, but never are, while average comedies become super-blockbusters.

While I don't know much about sports, especially hockey, Vancouver's response to the Bruins winning is disgusting

They were expected to riot no matter what. The game was just an excuse.

Why were the expected to riot?

Police had found things on the people rioting (supposedly, some cops were suspicious of things they were carrying before the game) and from the type of people who were rioting, they figured that a riot would happen either way. The rioting was planned (according to witnesses) and the game was just an excuse to create violence.

They did the same thing in 1994.

didn't see that coming, who knew. The trailers for Buck made it look so low rent.

Judy Moody dropped 65% in its second week. When's the last time that a kids' movie dropped that much?
