maybe W knows something we don't.

just judging from the first trailer, Warcraft looks terribly generic. I know the game has a huge following (or had :roll:) but as we've seen time and again, name alone doesn't make the masses jump from one media to another.

Yeah I considered Warcraft based on the huge following it has, and it's such a popular game that on the paper if one video game adaptation could break out, this would be the one, but the reaction to the trailers is consistently so bad that in the end, the risk is high it will flop. Although secretly I'm pretty sure the film is gonna be much better than we expect with Duncan Jones behind the camera.

I salute Jas for picking Sully, which I almost went with. Eastwood + Hanks + heroic story might be a winner.

I'm surprised we were so few to go with The BFG. Spielberg + Disney + July 4th weekend of release looks like a winning combo. Add to that a Roald Dahl book even though it's not his most famous, and this could be one of the big family films of the summer.
