I'm in Six. You can start counting your last days... :)

Well done, Empire. Your combo of Insidious/Prisoners/Slave outdueled my combo of Populaire/Cloudy/Lost. You got me in every category. Well played, sir!

Looks like Empire vs. Surfer in the final.

Thanks, Shryke. This was my first real run in the ultimate heads up tournaments. In fact, I think it may be the first time I've ever made it out of the first round of an ultimate tournament.

Surfer, on the other hand, seems to be in the finals every time. Got my work cut out for me, it seems.

The battle between me and Ozzy in 1st rond of BO is electric. It's all gonna be down to a few thousand dollars it seems. It's my "Prisoners" VS his "Last Vegas". Too bad one of us has to go.

Five people did not enter round one, two of them facing each other which leaves a small problem. I can A) give the person facing that winner a bye, B) give the highest BO to lose the spot. If B (my choice) it would cause a rematch of the first round, so should I C) keep the rematch or D) randomly switch them with another matchup?

Here are BO round one results:
W $605.2 over Shryke $597.9 (Vegas+Free Birds+Dallas beats Cloudy 2)
Buscemi $689.9 over Aqua $0

Six $699.8 over Donnie $0
Geezer $691 over UDM $0

Brockster $628.5 over Empire $592.4 (Vegas+Thor beats Prosioners+Cloudy 2+12 Years)
SS $626.3 over Tran $598.3 (Prisioners+Vegas+Frozen over Thor)

Ron B and Raider both failed to enter
Chien $793.8 over Oz $791.5 (Prisoners over Vegas)

Perhaps we need to remind or replenish our participants. I think this format is a blast. I'd sure like to keep interest in it going.

Finals
Box Office

Six $773.5 defeats Donnie $762.1 (12 Years+Metallica+Blue over Rush)
Surfer $625.9 defeats Ozzy $600.5 (Prisoners+Vegas+Frozen over Thor)

Gold: Six vs Surfer
Bronze: Donnie vs Ozzy

ULTIMATE
SS (60.1 IMDb, 53 PTA, 41 T5, $522M) over Ozzy (51.7 IMDb, 65 PTA, 39 T5, $429.9M) by tiebreak (180.2-177.2). Ozzy used a 7 film slate, though I can't say that's the reason.
Empire (62.4 IMDb, 70 PTA, 50 T5, $736M) sweeps Shryke (59.3 IMDb, 66 PTA, 44 T5, $678.8 M)

Gold: Empire vs. SS
Bronze: Ozzy vs. Shryke

So it's me vs Ozzy again ? I didn't realize so many players did not enter the competition. What were you doing guys ?!
Alright Ozzy, we were the best two players last round, this should be another challenging game.

If you need players' e-mails to send them reminders, I can provide them. A direct e-mail may stand a better chance of being read than a PM notification.

Pretty certain Empire has taken the gold in the One on One Ultimate League Final. Top 5s killed me, as although we ended up winning two categories each his Top 5s were a good 11 points better off than mine. Congrats, buddy.

On the plus side though, as expected I crushed six in the BO final, beating his gross by almost $200m. I never knew Box Office was my game, but apparently the results speak otherwise!

I'm gonna get on this tonight, but we need a replacement for Aqua so we can start the new Ultimate league. If anyone knows of someone, It really needs to be exactly 16 players.

Here's a list of current participants:
W
Shryke
Buscemi
Six
Donnie
UDM
Geezer
Brock
Empire
Surfer
Tran
Ron B
Raider
Chien
Oz
