I totally forgot about Super-bowl and how it would affect those male-oriented films.

Actuals are in and scores as follows:

numbersix - 30
transformers - 40
Shrykespeare - 60
Chienfantome - 50
silversurfer - 30
empire - 50

Indeed so, six, thanks to the Superbowl pretty much every male and adult orientated movie had a significant drop on it's previous weekend, and even The Nut Job fell below expectations. The only movie to really buck the trend was Frozen, and even then that is most likely because the movie was re-released as a singalong. The fallout of this is a pretty poor weekend, with top scoring Shryke only managing 60 and myself and six only hitting 30. I almost cushioned the blow, but just missed the bonus by a few hundred thousand.

Overall scores up shortly.
