Theoretically, he could become the Speaker of the House, then become President in succession, though theoretically the couldn't because the requirements would click in. Though you could argue that those requirements are for those that are elected to the position. I don't believe its ever been put into writing explicitly.

Kind of like the interpretation of the right to bear arms. Family Guy believes you have the right to have a pair of bear arms over the fireplace and Larry the Cable Guy thinks you have the right to go sleeveless anywhere. The debate continues.
