Dublin is overrated. It rains. It's cold. You can't walk without being assaulted by a bunch of guinness-filled rugby-sized guys. Go to Paris instead.
Paris is the coolest in November, cause it's my birthday ;)

Paris is full of snobs, people who refuse to speak English to you, and they all stink of garlic.

Dublin has soul, man. Here's proof

Paris is the capital of cinephiles. It's the city you need to be in if you're a film lover. Everywhere you look, it reminds you of a film by Jeunet, Melville or Truffaut. It breathes cinema. In the streets of Dublin, you just get shouted at by a bunch of tourists dressed as vikings driving around town.

And Springfield is just old people and schizophrenic weather in November.

I'm sorry, I just wanted to stop the possible violence. :D

Paris is the capital of a country that thinks it's fine to handle the ball during football knockout tournaments.

I win ;)

Don't mistake a whole country for a football team ;) And we sent the criminal to the US (is it for punishment ? )

We'll see who won next year, when Surfer will either come to Paris or Dublin. Or if we both lost to those bastards in Brussels or Berlin

I'm sure you can drink Guiness for New Years in Paris in an Irish Pub, although we both know what Six would say about that... ;)

Yeah, I'm thinking these Italians sound like a lot of fun. Maybe I should just give both Dublin and Paris a miss.... [wink]. Really, I'll see what I can do, it would be great to meet up with the two of you, but it's a long way off yet so there's plenty of time to arrange things, while I may also have a little less time on my hands than usual when I'm back in the UK (I'll spill the details in a week or so).

Ok, new question:

Larry Bird or Magic Johnson?

Well, we have the same alma mater and I go to his birth place every once in a while because the have a nice "resort" (read casino)... So I'd say Bird, though most people would say Magic.
