Freaks and Geeks with Breaking Bad in a close second.

An early Paul Feig (Bridesmaids) series which only lasted one season. It was produced by Judd Apatow. Quite a few guys on here love it.

I can only really claim to like Dexter from the list, haven't seen enough of anything else really.

Freaks and Geeks is one of my three favorite TV shows ever. You should seriously watch it. It's hilarious and sweet. Like an 80's TV version of Dazed and Confused. It's got Jason Segel, James Franco, Seth Rogen, and a bunch of other guys.

Freaks and Geeks. South Park got way too political and author avatar-heavy around Season 8/9.

Yeah, when it turned from a silly show, to the single best social satire in the entertainment industry.

Comedy Central already does satire with The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. You don't need three shows doing the same thing.

South Park was a lot more fun when was just "four kids in a small town" instead of "ego-driven creators hate everything". John K. (the creator of Ren and Stimpy) already meets that quota. Trey and Matt shouldn't try to copy him.

I don't see the similarities between South Park and Ren and Stimpy, besides Ren and Stimpy being a precursor to all adult-oriented cartoons.
